1. Who we are
Social Policy Checker ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS tool available at policychecker.net. We help content creators check their social media posts against community policy standards before publishing.

Account information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, city, address, date of birth, and gender. This information is necessary to create and manage your account.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details. We retain only the Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and payment amounts for billing purposes.
Content you submit
When you use the tool, you upload images, text, or videos for analysis. This content is sent to our AI provider (Groq) for processing and is not stored permanently on our servers after analysis is complete.
Usage data
We log your daily check counts (images, text, videos) to enforce your plan limits. We do not log the content of your posts beyond what is necessary for the immediate analysis.
